AQUACELL® SMALL PURIFICATION PLANTS WWSG-KKA

With the Aquacell® small purification plants WWSG has managed to make a  breakthrough to the application of membrane bio reactors for small purification plants.
Aquacell®-plants are built up on the acclaimed MicroClear® System and use the same technology which is applied in the central large purification plants with membrane bioreactors. 10 years of experience with MBR technology have flown into the development of this plant. The result is the best discharge values which have ever been targeted for a small purification plant in the framework of an official authorization.
The unique combination of the special 3 tank construction with one of the membrane bioreactors upstream fluidized bed levels keeps longterm bio fouling on the membrane at by whereby as a rule the anual maintenance of MicroClear® Filters suffices.
Our Aquacell® small purification plant kits are pre-fitted and ready to put into operation in the new authorized concrete or plastic tanks at the time of fitting. They are suitable therefore for system plant construction and were conceived for implementation in private houses, motorway service areas, ships and houseboats or for the purification of wastewater on camping sites or golf courses.

In addition to the unique and almost maintenance free concept, the success of the compact purification plants is based, especially on the years of experience in operation.

Our goal is to provide tailor-made and uncomplicated solutions for a sustainable and high performing wastewater disposal system. The purified wastewater can therefore not only be conducted to the surface water but can also be used for the irrigation of agricultural land surfaces or gardens. The current less BIOROCK® compact purification plant are available in the different models depending on needs: 5, 6 and 10 EW. The systems can be extended on a modular basis, combined and switched on parallel to a demand of 50 EW
