The WinWater® DAF – Dissolved Air Flotation Plant – is a physical-chemical separation process. In the so-called recycling stream process, microbubbles are generated and fed into the wastewater. The contents of the wastewater are mixed with the micro-bubbles (driving water) and made float to the top. The solids floated above fare separated and removed from the water with a chain scraper system.
We specialize in modular DAF-Systems and offer reliable semi-mobile applications for industrial wastewater treatment.
The WinWater® high-performance dissolved air flotation plant is also a separation process. It works in the same way as the modular dissolved air flotation system mentioned above and is used to treat all types of industrial wastewater. The plant is equipped with the multi-induction saturation system for introducing and generating micro-bubbles in the fluid to be treated and the robust chain scraper system for high-fat waste water and industrial waste water containing solids.
We offer a wide range of different sizes, which can process waste water volumes of up to 400 m³/h.
